Description

Public Chapter 1005 (Senate Bill 2584), effective July 1, 2016, requires the Commissioner of the Department of Children’s Services to report to the Governor, the chief clerk of the senate, and the chief clerk of the house of representatives on probation and juvenile justice evidence-based treatment services by January 31 of each year for the previous fiscal year.
