Information for Tennessee Hospital Data was obtained from summary tabulations of the Joint Annual Report of Hospitals 2012 (JAR-H). Individual reports are completed each year by the licensed hospitals in Tennessee and returned to the Division of Policy, Planning and Assessment for compilation and review.
