The Coming Nation

 

Established by Julius Augustus Wayland and published from 1893 to 1913, The Coming Nation was a weekly socialist communist newspaper that was initially published in Greensburg, Indiana.

One of the most influential socialist newspapers in the United States, publication of The Coming Nation moved to the Ruskin Colony, also known as the Ruskin Cooperative Association, a utopian socialist commune established on 1,000 acres near Tennessee City, an unincorporated community in Dickson County, Tennessee.
