Browning Circle Constitution

Description

The Athens Browning Circle Constitution from 1891 established bylaws, officers and their duties, and fees or dues. Article 6: Section 2 established that Fox’s Rules of Order, now known as Robert’s Rules of Order) to be the mastery of the procedure of all meetings. Amendments were made as necessary as the times do change.
