  The Tennessee Department of Enviornment and Conservation, Division of Remediation, Oak Ridge (TDEC DoR-OR), provides the annual Fiscal Year 2025 EMP for the period of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. This report is submitted as a comprehensive plan for TDEC DoR-OR monitoring and assessment activities across the Oak Ridge Reservation, Oak Ridge, Tennessee, (ORR) in accordance with terms of both the Environmental Surveillance and Oversight Agreement (ESOA), as well as in support of activities being conducted under the Federal Facilities Agreement (FFA).

This report is submitted as a comprehensive plan for TDEC DoR-OR monitoring and assessment activities across the Oak Ridge Reservation, Oak Ridge, Tennessee, (ORR) in accordance with terms of both the Environmental Surveillance and Oversight Agreement (ESOA), as well as in support of activities being conducted under the Federal Facilities Agreement (FFA).

This report is submitted as a comprehensive plan for TDEC DoR-OR monitoring and assessment activities across the Oak Ridge Reservation, Oak Ridge, Tennessee, (ORR) in accordance with terms of both the Environmental Surveillance and Oversight Agreement (ESOA), as well as in support of activities being conducted under the Federal Facilities Agreement (FFA).

  The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC), Division of Remediation, Oak Ridge (DoR-OR), submits this annual Fiscal Year 2022 (FY2022) Environmental Monitoring Plan (EMP) for the period of performance, from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022. This report is submitted as a comprehensive plan for TDEC DoR-OR monitoring and assessment activities across the Oak Ridge Reservation (ORR) in accordance with the terms of both the Environmental Surveillance and Oversight Agreement (ESOA), as well as in support of activities being conducted under the Federal Facilities Agreement (FFA).

  Tennessee. Department of Environment and Conservation.

  The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC), Division of Remediation, Oak Ridge (DoR-OR), submits the annual Fiscal Year 2021 (FY2021) Environmental Monitoring Plan (EMP) for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. This report is submitted as a comprehensive plan for DoR-OR monitoring and assessment activities in FY2020 across the ORR in accordance with the terms of both the Environmental Surveillance and Oversight Agreement (ESOA), as well as in support of activities being conducted under the Federal Facilities Agreement (FFA).

  Environmental Monitoring Plan, July 2018 - June 2019

  Tennessee. Department of Environment and Conservation.

  The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC), Division of Remediation (DoR), Oak Ridge Office (ORO), submits its FY 2019 Environmental Monitoring Plan (EMP) in accordance with the Environmental Surveillance and Oversight Agreement (ESOA) between the United States Department of Energy (DOE) and the State of Tennessee; and where applicable, the Federal Facilities Agreement (FFA) between the DOE, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the State of Tennessee.

  Environmental Monitoring Plan , July 2017 - June 2018

  Tennessee. Department of Environment and Conservation.

  The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC), Division of Remediation, Oak Ridge Office (DoR-OR), submits its Environmental Monitoring Plan (EMP) under the terms of the Tennessee Oversight Agreement (TOA) Section A.6.1.1 (TDEC 2016) and in support of activities being conducted under the Federal Facilities Agreement (FFA). As specified by the TOA, the EMP is prepared annually and describes the monitoring and surveillance projects proposed by DoR-OR as part of DoR-OR’s independent oversight of Department of Energy’s (DOE’s) environmental monitoring and surveillance programs on the Oak Ridge Reservation (ORR) and environs.
